Ways to use your herbs
Infused Water: Put the herbs in a glass pitcher with water and let it infuse in your fridge. You can also put a few leaves in your water bottle for the day.
Tea: Use hot but not boiling water. Let the herbs steep for as long as you want. Strain the leaves and add honey, sugar or lemon juice. Enjoy the tea warm and store the rest in your fridge for a convenient homemade iced tea.
Sun Tea: Place the herbs in a large glass pitcher or jar and fill it with water. Place the container outside in the sun for a few hours and enjoy your solar-infused tea after an hour.
Pesto: Most herbs taste great blended with other greens, olive oil, garlic, and salt to make a delicious spread. Add cheese, tahini, nuts and or seeds for a creamier result.
Toppings: Chop them really small and add them to pizza, pasta, salad, sandwiches or soup.
